In the 1990s, the Belgian straight edge scene was massive. The scene, made up of bands like Liar, Congress, and Shortsight, had bands, a label, and a huge crew of people calling itself H8000. They played an angry and chaotic form of hardcore with a hard line message. Spirit Of Youth, who formed in 1990, were a H8000 band named after the Straight Ahead song . Over their 12 year career, they released a demo, two EPs, a split, and two LPs, mostly on the Good Life Recordings label which served as a home to many H8000 bands. This original Sprit Of Youth tee from 1998, in great condition, was from the release of the band's last album,Ā Colors That Bleed.Ā
